Yes. Fulcrum's mail import copies messages from Google Workspace over IMAP using a Google app password, so your Google account password is never shared.
Not yet. Importing Microsoft 365 mailboxes is not supported today. New mail arrives in Fulcrum from the moment you switch; keep your Microsoft 365 subscription for as long as you need to read older mail there.
With connected Cloudflare DNS, Fulcrum adds its MX record and confirms it is visible on your nameservers before the old MX records are removed. If the switch cannot finish, the records removed so far are put back. With other DNS hosts you make the change yourself; DNS changes take time to spread, so keep your old service active until they have.
Yes. Your domain stays with your current registrar and DNS host. Fulcrum only needs the DNS records it shows you.
